Full Peruvian, 3/8 Accoyo Minnónar ("firstborn") is our herdsire Payday's first cria and full Alianza dam Gina's ninth cria, and perhaps her nicest. Minno’s fiber is incredibly lustrous, simply blinding when you open his tightly twisted locks. He also has good coverage and density on a nicely proportioned frame. Minno is a calm, easy to handle young male, rounding out an excellent package of qualities. He is maintaining good fineness and staple length as he matures into a breeding age male, too. We have an abundance of Payday sons here, and so Minno is unlikely to contribute - but we think he would be an asset to any breeding program, and his price includes breeding rights. We do plan on breeding him this spring (2014), as he continues to maintain the fleece qualities we are looking for.

As a juvenile, Minno was awarded fourth place in a class of 12 at MAPACA on the strength of his absolutely stunning luster, which is uniform throughout - he has it from stem to stern. We were thrilled to ribbon in a large class of animals brought by some of the biggest farms on the East Coast. Minno also took second place in the white juvenile male class at the 2011 North American Alpaca Show, behind his half brother (another Payday male). Judge Peter Kennedy praised his excellent luster, uniformity, fineness and overall growth.

Minno placed second in his white juvenile class of 13 at the 2011 Suri Network Fleece show, scoring 19/20 for fineness/handle and 17.5/20 for luster. Jude Anderson called his "A lovely fleece!" and we agree. Minno continued to place as a yearling in both halter and spinoff shows.
